Refund policy

Refund Policy:

Digital PDF guides: Because of the nature of digital products, all sales are final once a file has been downloaded or accessed.

Exceptions — contact us at weldscribe.admin@gmail.com within 14 days of purchase:

- If you receive a defective or corrupted file, we'll provide a working replacement or a refund.
- If you accidentally purchase the same guide twice, we'll refund the duplicate charge.
- If a printed poster arrives damaged or defective, send us photos and we'll arrange a replacement or a refund.

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method.
